Pricing
Two ways to store your data. The free one is genuinely free and needs no account. The paid one exists for a single reason: your data lives on our servers instead of in one browser, so you can reach it from any device.
This Device — free, forever
Open the app and start. There is no account, no email, no credit card, and no trial clock. Everything you enter — clients, schedules, hours, expenses, receipts, invoices, payments — is stored in your browser's own database on the device you're using.
- Time and expense tracking on a month or week calendar, color-coded per client
- Receipt attachments (images and PDFs) that flow onto invoices as line items
- Branded PDF invoices, payment recording, and unpaid/sent/paid/voided status
- Live earnings, goals, and set-asides on the home dashboard
- A storage meter showing how much of your browser's quota you've used
- One-click demo data, so you can look around before entering anything real
The trade-off is honest and worth stating plainly: local data lives in that one browser on that one device. Clear your browser storage, switch laptops, or pick up your phone, and it won't be there. That is what the Cloud option is for.
Cloud — $12.00 per month, tax included
Cloud moves your data off the device and onto our servers. Sign in with an email and password or continue with Google, and the app pulls your data down wherever you are — desktop at the office, laptop at home, phone on a job site. Because there's no local copy to lose, a wiped or stolen device doesn't take your books with it.
Cloud also unlocks the full set of dashboard views and invoice templates.
Billing is month to month. There's no annual commitment, no per-client pricing, and no seat count. Cancel and you keep full access through the end of the period you paid for.

Switching, cancelling, and getting your data out
You can change storage modes at any time from System Settings; the app reloads and picks up where you left off. Moving local data up to the cloud is part of that flow, so starting free costs you nothing later.
If a payment fails, nothing is cut off — you keep full access during a 14-day grace period while the charge retries, with a link to fix your payment method. If you cancel, your data stays readable for 90 days and one click downloads all of it back to your device, so you can carry on with the free plan.
Which one should you pick?
If you work from one computer and want a capable tool at zero cost, start on This Device. If you move between machines, bill from your phone, or simply don't want your invoicing history tied to one browser profile, Cloud is the reason to pay. Most people start free and upgrade the week they need a second device.
